Psychotherapy
A Relational, Integrative, and Culturally Conscious Approach
With two decades of experience in the mental health and well-being field, my work is deeply rooted in human connection, self-inquiry, and co-creation. I offer Integration Psychotherapy with a relational focus creating a space where you are truly seen and heard, where transformation unfolds through deep presence and attuned dialogue.
My approach is integrative, drawing on:
Somatics & Embodiment – Understanding the body’s wisdom in healing and self-regulation.
Parts Work – Exploring the different aspects of self with compassion and curiosity.
Transpersonal Processing – Honoring the spiritual, existential, and unseen dimensions of human experience.
Societal & Cultural Contexts – Positioning therapy within the realities of race, gender, history, and power.
Therapy as Co-Creation
I recognise that psychotherapy as a field has been shaped by Eurocentric, racial, and gendered biases, and I work to decolonise therapeutic spaces, ensuring that our work together is context-aware, anti-racist, and inclusive. Healing is not just an individual process but one that exists within society, culture, and ancestry.
Therapy with me is not about "fixing" it is about holding space for the full complexity of being human. Whether we are working with past wounds, life transitions, identity exploration, or deeper existential questions, I offer a multidimensional depth of inquiry that is both reflective and embodied.
